Members of the schools PBIS Leadership Team will be working on the initial stages of implementing the key systems and practices of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports within their school. Participants will receive advanced instruction in the theoretical basis of SWPBIS and be provided guidance and support in the development of five basic practice of SW-PBIS (defining of behavioral expectations, teaching behavioral expectations, monitor and acknowledgement of positive behavior, use of clear and consistent consequences for misbehaviors, and using data for decision making) for implementation at the universal level (for all students).
